From the West:
Take I-94 East or M-14 East to I-275 and exit north. Take exit 165 to I-696 East. Take exit 7 to American Drive and turn right onto American Drive. In .4 miles, turn right onto West Eleven Mile Road. In .3 miles, turn right into the Blue Cross/Blue Shield parking lot.

From the East:
Take I-696 West to exit 10 for M-10 and Northwestern Highway. From M-10 (Lodge Freeway) take exit 18B onto Telegraph Road South. Turn right onto Swanson Road, then make the first right onto Franklin Road. Bear left almost immediately onto West Eleven Mile Road. Go about 1 mile. Turn right into the Blue Cross/Blue Shield parking lot.

From the South:
Take M-39 (Southfield Freeway) north to M-10 (Lodge Freeway) west. From M-10 (Lodge Freeway) take exit 18B onto Telegraph Road South. Turn right onto Swanson Road, then make the first right onto Franklin Road. Bear left almost immediately onto West Eleven Mile Road. Go about 1 mile. From the North:
Take Northwestern Highway, MI-10, south. Turn right onto Inkster Road. Passing I-696, turn left onto West Eleven Mile Road. Go about 1/2 mile. Turn left into the Blue Cross/Blue Shield parking lot.
