Business Alliances
The ISACA® Detroit Chapter takes a very active role in the audit and control community of southeast Michigan. Through our members and our Board of Directors, we have ties to many businesses - local, national, and global. Many companies strongly support employee involvement in Chapter activites and provide us with speakers and panelists for our monthly gatherings and annual seminar. They also support the time committment required to manage the activities of a very large chapter. At times, the Chapter has awarded these companies with plaques listing the names of their employees who participated actively in chapter activities. We thank them for all they have done to contribute to the chapter's success.In addition, the ISACA Detroit Chapter maintains strong ties with local chapters of the Institute for Internal Auditors® (IIA®), the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners (ACFE), and the Information Systems Security Association® (ISSA®). Because we share common interests and goals, we regularly have joint meetings. Many of our members also belong to more than one of these audit or security organizations.

Academic Alliances
To encourage and inspire a new generation, the ISACA Detroit Chapter sponsors a student night when students are invited to attend without charge. Students are also encouraged to apply for one of our two scholarships.Scholarship information is listed on our Academic Alliances page.
